Bicycles are a main way to get around Nantucket Island. Next to any store or restaurant and along the beaches you will see lots of bicycles lined up. Most have cute little wicker baskets for carrying your belongings and beach towels. On the Eastern end of the island is an area called Siasconset or Sconset for short and that is where I found these bikes. When you are on the island you feel like you have gone back in time or to some storybook land. Beauty is everywhere! I love it!
I am a true New Englander and I love to photograph and capture the incredible beauty of this area. I love everything to do with nature and animals. It all brings me much joy and I love bringing it inside my home with my photographs and I hope to share this with you.
