Artist's Description
An old barn in upper state New York has seen better days. Driving around the back roads in the Sloansville, Cobleskill area of New York is like stepping back in time. There are rolling hills with green pastures and lots of old barn and farm houses. Many are still working but most have seen better days. It's a beautiful place and I could drive around there for days. In this version I decided to go with the simple black and white and the loss of detail to give a painting effect. I get such a peaceful feel looking at this. It calms me.
