Artist's Description
A quiet fall evening at the Naukeag Lake Club in Ashburnham, Massachusetts. In the summertime this little swim hole is hopping with kids and people of all ages cooling off. I enjoyed many summer days here with my children when they were little. I always felt like I was living in a Norman Rockwell painting. This fall evening I was out for a walk and came across this completely quiet scene with summer now past and I found it sadly beautiful and touching.
